What data we collect

We collect account information (email, name), usage data within the product, and data from connected social platforms that you authorize. We do not sell your personal data.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, improve our product, send transactional communications, and comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. When you connect social platforms (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc.), we access only the data required by those platforms' APIs and as permitted by your authorization.

Reddit data

When you connect Reddit to Flockra, we collect and store:

• Identity: Your Reddit username and user ID (from Reddit's OAuth identity endpoint)
• Content: Posts and comments from subreddits you choose to monitor, for the purpose of surfacing relevant opportunities and generating summaries

We store this data only while your account and Reddit connection are active. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain Reddit-sourced content according to our general retention policy: data is deleted when you disconnect Reddit or delete your account.

To remove Reddit data: disconnect Reddit in your Integrations settings, or delete your account. We do not sell Reddit data to third parties.

Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. See our Data Deletion page for how to request removal.

Accounts that have been inactive (no sign-in) for 90 days or more may be purged automatically. We may send a warning notice before deletion when configured. Automated purge uses the same deletion path as manual account deletion; all associated data is removed consistently.
